The Devlin Family

Olivia grew up eventing in Southern New Hampshire. Her heart horse TJ, was an OTTB who loved nothing more than a good cross country course followed by a quiet hack around the field. Olivia has worked in several different eventing barns throughout her life and is excited to get her family involved with everything horses. With a background in pre-vet studies as well as animal public policy, Olivia provides your horses with personalized care and attention.

Jeremy grew up in Southern Vermont with a few backyard horses. We also have our two daughters, Charlotte (5) and Emma (2) that we are excited to make a part of our family business.

Larry and Julie Reynolds, the previous owners of the farm as Maple Valley Stables, will remain heavily involved in the operations of Tailwind Stables. Larry’s family has spent several generations on this farm making it the place that we currently know and love today. Julie has spent the last 17 years managing the stable and creating a business that many have been happy to call home for their family and their horses.

We are fortunate to continue the horse tradition on this property by creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere that you are excited to be a part of. We are committed to providing the highest quality care for your horses and look forward to making you part of the TWS family!

The Farm

This property has been a working farm for almost 100 years. Previously owned by multiple generations of the Reynolds family the farm was originally operated as a dairy farm. The main barn, now used as the boarding stable, was built in 1962 by the previous owners. The Reynolds then converted the entire facility into a horse property in 2005, running the business as Maple Valley Stables. While the Reynolds are still heavily involved in the operation of the farm (you will likely see Larry and Julie around the farm periodically) the Devlins are continuing the horse business as Tailwind Stables.
